The Showcase will take place at the Ukrainian Hall in East Vancouver. There will be special performances from some of our members, as our very own Songbirds step into the spotlight!
RAIN COAST CHOIR
Rain Coast Choir is a non-auditioned, 5-part Rock/Pop choir based in East Vancouver, BC and led by Joline Baylis. We create fine-tuned vocal arrangements of classic songs and current favourites. Over the years, we’ve sung songs by David Bowie, The Tragically Hip, Fiona Apple, Neil Young, Bahamas, Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen and more!
This season we have chosen songs based on themes of travel, wanderlust and homecoming. We can’t wait to share our songs with you at the Home & Away Showcase.
GIVE THE GIFT OF SONG
After over 2 years apart, we are grateful to once again have a safe and supportive place for people to connect and share in our special Rain Coast Choir community.
It is important to us that we keep choir accessible for all our members, and we aim to be able to off-set the cost of choir for those members experiencing financial barriers. Your support helps us provide more opportunities for people to experience the joy of singing and the benefits of connection with a warm and inspiring community.
By purchasing a ticket to the Home & Away Showcase, you are helping us to grow our vibrant choir community and continue to offer a safe space for singers of all backgrounds to explore their love of music and singing.
